After our divorce and my hernia surgery, we have made the decision to completely end our breeding program with Welsh Mountain Section A. This was not an easy choice, as we have loved these ponies deeply and they have been true family members to us. As we move into a new era, the last of our Section A ponies will be leased out, allowing space for a gentle closing of a beloved chapter.
We are incredibly grateful for the joy, success, and memories our breeding has given us over the years. Our ponies have achieved outstanding results and recognition in for example Sweden, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, and many of them are now continuing their journeys as breeding ponies themselves. Knowing that the legacy we worked so hard to build will live on brings us both pride and peace.
A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful owners of our beloved ponies. Please remember that you are always welcome to stay in touch—we truly love seeing updates and photos of how they are doing.

Our focus is now shifting to the next generation. Our (soon-to-be 12-year-old) daughter is now at the heart of the stud, together with her Welsh Section B ponies, which she competes with in show jumping. More information about them will follow in an upcoming post.
We may still occasionally have one or two foals, Welsh Section B or Welsh Partbred, as our precious Stellar Birthday Girl (by Ysselvliedt’s Lord Markham) is retained as a broodmare following the accident she suffered in 2024. Sunwillow Venus will also be retained as a future broodmare for Welsh part bred breeding as we had tremendous success with her Welsh part bred colt Stellar Khal Vici (sold as a breeding stallion to France) and her Welsh mountain daughter Stellar Vaiana (UK).
We have also retained Stellar Thunderbolt (Welsh partbred), who will be our daughter’s future show jumping pony, together with Smokeycott Shezam (Welsh sec B) and Stellar Khaleesi Yin (Welsh partbred), who are currently in France, where they will first have their foals.

Khaleesi is now 140 cm, which means our daughter will be able to compete her all the way up to her 18th year. She is the last champagne foal bred by Khalvin Khlein KpM, out of Anri Yasmin, whom we sadly had to say goodbye to in 2025.
This chapter is closing with gratitude, love, and pride—and a new one is opening, led by the next generation.
